Micro Finance

The treatment of a person with hemophilia is very costly. Parents who are not financially sound could find their ward as burden. The society supports such parents with micro finance as in like SHG for them to start a small business to earn a living and also be able to provide medical treatment for their children.

Upto Rs 30,000 have been loaned by the society to those seeking help in this regard.  This has been funded by Denise Pedderson from Denmark.  The society has so far helped in

  • setting up of petty shops
  • setting up of provision stores
  • rearing of silkworms
  • upgrading lathe & an auto-parts shop
  • buying a sewing machine
  • buying a cow
  • doll-making
